During the COVID-19 pandemic, Iconthin Biotech participated in emergency relief efforts by coordinating and donating personal protective equipment (PPE) to frontline healthcare initiatives, including contributions supporting SickKids and local healthcare communities.

To help address critical shortages during a period of severe global supply chain disruption, our team worked closely with independent distribution partners who agreed to provide logistics support and raw materials entirely at cost, eliminating standard commercial markups to prioritize rapid access to essential protective equipment. 

While our core operations focus on microalgae biotechnology and natural astaxanthin innovation, the urgency of the public health crisis required us to quickly mobilize our procurement and distribution capabilities beyond our traditional industry scope. Through collaborative coordination across suppliers, logistics partners, and healthcare organizations, we helped facilitate the timely delivery of verified PPE to those who needed it most.
